what has become of men?

What & Why Men’s Work?

The world thirsts for healthy, integrated and initiated masculinity.

After millennia of oppression, tyranny and destruction caused by traumatized and wounded masculinity, it is time for men to reconnect with their heart, mission, body and mind and share the beautiful creational power of masculine energy with the world.

However, there are hardly any spaces for men in which the encounter with oneself and others can take place in a safe and conscious way. This work is changing this paradigm.

The gathering of men triggers subconscious, archaic parts of the masculine and thus opens a powerful portal of self-reflection, contemplation and confrontation.

Intention

The intention of this work is to create a safe and (trauma-)sensitive space for men in which they can gather, reflect and communicate with themselves and each other honestly, openly, vulnerably, critically, empathetically and responsibly.

This work primarily focuses on the male Self and ones confrontation with the full spectrum of the human experience - light & shadow. This is done through verbal exchange as well as physical exercises and breathwork.
